Chronic fatigue charity reMEmber's annual conference - all you need to know

Mid Sussex based charity for people who have ME/chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), reMEmber, is holding its annual ME Awareness Conference at Clair Hall, Haywards Heath on Saturday, May 16.

ME/CFS is a neurological illness, with symptoms like muscle fatigue and weakness, poor concentration and short term memory, loss of balance and dizziness.

Key speakers at the conference will be Dr Charles Shepherd, medical adviser to the ME Association, Dr Willy Weir of Harley Street, Dr Nina Muirhead who is a surgeon, Dr Amolak Bansal, immunologist from Surrey and Dr Paul Worthley, GP.

All of the speakers are experts on ME/CFS, and will speak on all the latest developments in the world of ME/CFS including the all-party parliamentary group, the ME Biobank and research into possible genetic causes of this debilitating long term illness.
