Young Mum Must Now Take 32 Tablets Every DAY After An Insect Bite Near SchoolTuesday 19 June 2018
Young mum must now take 32 tablets every DAY after an insect bite near school A young mum has to take 32 tablets every single day after being bitten by a tick. Jordon Craddock, 28, suspects she was attacked by the tiny insect as she played with her three children in woodland near Newlands School in Barwell, Leicestershire. And since the bite she has been struck down by Lyme disease - a bacterial infection passed on to humans by ticks. The illness leaves her suffering from bouts of fatigue, dizziness and nausea, forcing her to take scores of pills. Ms Craddock told the Hinckley Times: "I don’t feel like myself, it’s taken over my body completely. "Every day is a struggle for me with the tiredness, headaches nausea, brain fog, I am constantly in pain and in and out of hospital. "If it wasn’t for my family, I don’t think I would be here."
