Illness with pain 'like being hit by a bus' forces cafe owner to leave business behind THE former owner of a popular Grimsby cafe is hoping to raise awareness of the debilitating and misunderstood illness which forced her to leave her beloved business. Joanne Cartwright hung up her apron at The Olive Tree Cafe, in Freeman Street, in September after the agonising effects of fibromyalgia syndrome became too much.
