Love and Marriage – and MCS

Sunday 22 February 2009

Angela Page and John Webber
Angela Page and John Webber

Here’s a good news story for hopeless romantics everywhere…

Angela Page is a Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS) sufferer who hosts a weekly radio show at station WJFF which has helpfully accommodated her needs by making her environment fragrance-free.

Angela and her beau of 14 years, John Webber, were recently wed – at the station, and during Angela’s program.

The wedding was broadcast live on Valentine’s Day:

“The event itself … drew friends and relatives of the couple from as far away as England and California, who tuned in via the Internet, and sent emails or called to be part of the event. After playing a program full of love songs and other tunes appropriate to the day, the couple was married.”

You can read about the happy couple here:
