Chronic fatigue linked to gene differences

July 27, 2005

NewScientist.comDr Peter Del Fante has drawn our attention to an article published recently in New Scientist  linking suspect genes in white cells to CFS.

The researchers at St George’s University of London are now doing further research with a view to finding specific treatments.

The AgeMelbourne’s The Age newspaper has also published an article on the subject.

The articles:

Chronic fatigue is not all in the mind (New Scientist, July 21) [external link]

Chronic fatigue could be work of hyped-up genes (The Age, July 27) [external link]
