Five representatives from JL fitness will hike 135km of the Cape to Cape track in five days of fundraising for the Fibromyalgia Support Network and Dementia Australia.

Fibromyalgia syndrome is an umbrella term for chronic fatigue and cognitive functional impairment which causes connective tissue pain and oversensitive nerves resulting in difficulty getting out of bed and intense pain.

Team leader and fibromyalgia sufferer Dunja Lewis said the hike was about raising awareness and social activism.
