October MusicWorks

Governor Hindmarsh Hotel, 59 Port Road Hindmarsh

Tuesday October 4 from 10:30am to 2pm

Admission $6, support workers free

The October MusicWorks each year forms a link with Mental Health Week. This year is no exception.

All of the performers will be people with experience of mental illness.

The JMG Band and JMG Acoustic have developed from the “Jam the Mix and the Gig” music and mental health project, under the direction of musician and composer Robert Petchell.

The Unity Band is also a mental health music project developed in Victor Harbor.

The music on the day will include original songs written by project participants, and some well-known songs and rock classics. So come along, support and enjoy a day of great music, don’t forget your dancing shoes (or (wheels).

For more information have a look at the flyer or contact Tony Doyle Visions on 08 8212 0390 or
