In a new study, researchers say they've found a way to remove the "high" from marijuana while leaving the pain-relieving effects intact. This discovery could help remove the stigma and controversy from marijuana-based treatments.

Several studies suggest that marijuana may be an effective treatment for some people with fibromyalgia.
