Next Society meetingFriday 17 July 2009
It's on at 11am, which will suit those of our members who have asked for late morning sessions. The venue is Sophia Home, which is at the western end of Cabra Dominican College (i.e. the seaside end, not the hills end). The Circle Line goes past there [download route map and complete timetable], and there are bus stops for other routes on Goodwood Road for those who can walk further. Go in the gate marked 'Sofia' – it's the next gate along travelling towards the sea from the Cabra College entry. The conference room is in the modern building a little way down that lane. On previous experience, there is no designated car park per se, so please keep parked cars off the roadway. Venue: Sofia conference room, 225 Cross Rd, Cumberland Park Liz will discuss the benefits of meditation and give participants an introduction to some simple meditation techniques. Map: Cabra Dominican College Details of the meeting can also be found on the Society's Facebook page.
