SBS program: Dead Tired

SBSSBS will be showing a new two-part documentary series on the effects of sleep deprivation called Dead Tired.

The show begins this Wednesday (27 May) at 8:30pm. The second part will be shown the following Wednesday (3 June), again at 8:30pm.

The producers of Dead Tired say:

Many scientists believe tiredness is the biggest health problem facing humanity and now they’ve got the evidence to prove it. New medical studies reveal that sleep deprivation can trigger and exacerbate many diseases including heart disease, obesity, diabetes and even depression.
