ME/CFS South Australia Inc supports the needs of sufferers of Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and related illnesses. We do this by providing services and information to members.


ME/CFS South Australia Inc aims to keep members informed of various research projects, diets, medications, therapies, news items, etc. All communication, both verbal and written, is merely to disseminate information and not to make recommendations or directives.

Self-Management Program

Take control of your illness

This program is two hours, one day a week for eight weeks.

It is complementary to other chronic disease self-management programs, and designed for the special needs of people with complex chronic illnesses such as Fibromyalgia and ME/CFS chronic fatigue syndromes.

City Of Onkaparinga (northern)
Wednesday March 1 at 12-2:00pm

City Of Marion/Oaklands Park
Friday March 3 at 12-2:00pm*


Autumn day courses

City Of Marion/Glandore
Wednesday April 26 at 12-2:00pm*
(by request this course is particularly for people 20-35 years old)

City Of Onkaparinga/Noarlunga
Friday April 28 at 12-2:00pm

*Courses in Marion are held at venues close to the railway line/transport for people travelling from other suburbs.


Course Fees: $40.00 (pensioner & concession).

Limited Scholarships are available on request. For enquiries ring Cathie or Kylee on 8358 6086.

Courses can be held in other centres on request and according to enrolments.
